aemplic Audit & Compliance is a tool suite for automating and simplifying audit processes in SAP HCM payroll. It is designed for SAP HR and payroll managers across Europe who need an audit-proof internal control system. The tools ensure quality control of personnel master data and enable easy validation — used by over 600 SAP HCM customers across the DACH region.

With real-time data validation, automated audit trails, and powerful reporting features, the tools monitor regulatory compliance and reduce the risk of costly errors. Over 5 million SAP payrolls are audited monthly via the aemplic platform — while saving time and resources.

Auditloop is aemplic's next-generation audit platform. It combines the functionality of the successful local aemplic tools PLK (quality assurance in payroll processes) and MADAP PA (master data verification) into a flexible, cloud-capable solution. Auditloop is designed for international corporate environments, supports multilingual queries, and connects SAP HCM, BTP, and SuccessFactors.

Many tools focus on audit processes specific to the DACH region, requiring expertise in particular regulatory requirements. For customers outside the DACH region, MADAP/OM and VBT2 stand out in particular — both are also usable with SAP SuccessFactors and work in the cloud or with local solutions. As a next-generation platform, Auditloop bundles the functionality of the proven tools PLK (quality assurance) and MADAP PA (master data verification).

Customers have full freedom of platform choice. All aemplic tools currently running on SAP HCM are already HANA-ready and have passed the readiness check — no adjustments required. Existing customers can continue using proven on-premise solutions or voluntarily switch to new cloud products such as Auditloop, whenever it makes sense for their organization.

aemplic follows SAP's strategy and develops cloud-based solutions for master data and payroll auditing. At the same time, aemplic guarantees its customers support and continued development of existing SAP HCM-based solutions until at least 2040, ensuring they remain available for the next generation of SAP payroll systems.
