2016 — Focus on SAP HR
As part of the Centric Group, an international IT services company based in the Netherlands, Centric Germany focuses its product business on SAP technology and launches its first Audit & Compliance solutions.
2021 — Document processes move to the cloud
Centric Cloud Solutions is founded to develop deeply integrated HR document solutions on SAP BTP.
2026 — Centric becomes aemplic
The aconso Group acquires Centric Cloud Solutions and Centric IT Solutions. In September 2026, Centric Germany becomes aemplic.
aemplic is an acronym for “automated employee lifecycle.” Our mission: aemplic enhances and automates HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, helping HR work better for the people who use it every day.
We focus on the processes where specialized software, deep integration with SAP SuccessFactors, and HR expertise create real added value for companies and employees.
With our new name, however, our company gains a new, independent identity – and a brand that communicates even more clearly what defines us: deep SAP expertise, specialized software, and solutions that make HR processes simpler, more automated, and more reliable.
For our customers and partners, the most important things remain unchanged: your contacts, your contracts, and the agreed services will remain the same.
What is new is our name – and the clarity with which we will communicate what we stand for in the future.
We enhance SAP SuccessFactors.
Some of our webinars and success stories still feature the Centric name. They were created before our rebrand to aemplic – but the content, solutions and customer experiences remain just as relevant today.
The transformation already began at the start of 2026.
Retroactively effective from January 1, 2026, Centric IT Solutions and Centric Cloud Solutions were legally merged into a single company.
This brings together areas of expertise that have long been closely connected: our expertise in HR document management and digital document processes, our Audit & Compliance solutions, and our SAP SuccessFactors Consulting services.
For our customers, this means more expertise under one roof, shorter communication paths, and the opportunity to take a more integrated view of HR processes – from individual specialized processes to the entire employee lifecycle.
With the entry in the commercial register on August 31, 2026, our company officially became aemplic GmbH.
The immediate reason for the name change is related to trademark law. With the new name, we are separating ourselves from the brand of our former parent company and creating an independent identity for our business.
For us, however, this is more than a necessary name change.
We are using this step to communicate more clearly who we are today and where we want to go: a specialized, SAP-native software and consulting partner for HR processes.
Our brand is new.
Centric Germany becomes aemplic. This includes a new name, a new logo, new colors, and a new visual identity.
Our digital presence and email addresses will also gradually transition to aemplic. The same applies to our templates and presentation materials. Some assets, such as webinars in our media library or our success stories, will initially remain available in their original form without changes to their design.
Many of our customers have been working with our solutions and our teams for years. We are carrying that experience forward.
We are bringing together proven products, many years of SAP and HR expertise, and our different areas of expertise under one shared brand. At the same time, we are creating room for new solutions and even closer integration of our products with SAP SuccessFactors and the entire employee lifecycle.
What made Centric Germany successful will continue under aemplic – with a clearer profile and a shared direction.

During the transition period, you may encounter both email addresses and web addresses containing centric as well as those already using aemplic.
