Essen, September 30, 2026 – Centric Germany will operate under the name aemplic going forward. Effective retroactively from January 1, 2026, Centric IT Solutions and Centric Cloud Solutions, which previously formed Centric Germany, were legally merged into a single company. Since its entry in the commercial register on August 31, 2026, the company has officially operated as aemplic GmbH.
With the new name, the merged company gains an independent brand identity. The rebranding follows the separation fromthe brand of the former Centric parent company. At the same time, the new identity is intended to make the shared direction of the product and competence areas previously operated under Centric IT Solutions and Centric CloudSolutions more visible.

aemplic develops specialized software solutions for companies with SAP HR landscapes. As an SAP partner, aemplic develops cloud applications based on the SAP Business Technology Platform(BTP), with Joule as the layer for innovative AI applications. The portfolio includes applications for HR document management and automated document processes as well as solutions for payroll quality assurance and Audit& Compliance. The company also provides SAP SuccessFactors consulting.

The name aemplic is derived from “Automated Employee Lifecycle.”
It represents the company’s ambition to automate specialized HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and integrate them closely with existing SAP landscapes.
For customers and partners, the name change has no impact on existing contracts. Existing products and agreed services will also continue unchanged. As part of the rebranding, the company is gradually transitioning its website, email addresses, product presentation and other communications to aemplic.
Since March 2026, the company has been part of the aconso Group. Within the group, aemplic is positionedas an SAP-native software specialist focusing on HR document processes, Audit & Compliance and SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
