Companies from various industries—from food manufacturers to machine builders and aviation to public institutions—rely on the aemplic Employee File, a digital personnel file that is fully integrated into SAP. It brings together all of an employee's HR documents and data in a single view. Workflows and approvals relating to employment contracts, references, personnel master data, or internal certificates can be managed directly in the application.
Many customers also use aemplic Document Builder for automated document creation. Templates, text modules, and rules enable fast and error-free document production. Current personnel data rom SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is automatically imported, and the finished documents are stored directly in the digital personnel file. Thanks to SAP integration, creation processes can even be triggered automatically by events in SuccessFactors.
